    1. Please refrain from riding the air cabin if you are afraid of heights, are under the influence of alcohol, or suffer from heart ailments and/or hypertension. 

    2. Children (elementary school age and below) are not allowed on the air cabin by themselves 

    3. Business hours may change without prior notice due to weather and other circumstances 

    4. Pets are not allowed onboard (except for guide dogs) 

    5. Passengers using wheelchairs or canes must be accompanied by at least one other paying adult (junior high school students and older) in case the air cabin shakes or stops suddenly

    6. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.

    7. No refunds will be issued for latecomers or no-shows.
