- Number of passengers, and size/quantity of luggage
- If there are travelers with mobility needs or wheelchair users
- If you will be bringing a stroller, and the number and age of infants traveling
- Arrival or departure flight time and flight number
The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes based on your provided flight arrival time.
In accordance with Japanese regulations, a child safety seat is required for children under 5 years old. We are happy to provide one complimentary child seat upon request—please let us know in advance if needed.
