      Important Transfer Information:

      • Booking Information:
        To ensure the most comfortable and suitable transfer, please kindly provide the following details at the time of booking
        1. Number of passengers, and size/quantity of luggage
        2. If there are travelers with mobility needs or wheelchair users
        3. If you will be bringing a stroller, the number and age of infants traveling
        4. Arrival or departure flight time and flight number
      • Child Safety Seat:
        In accordance with Japanese regulations, a child safety seat is required for children under 5 years old. We are happy to provide one complimentary child seat upon request. Please let us know in advance if you require one.
      • Flight Arrival Time:
        Transfers will be scheduled 30 minutes after your flight lands, and the driver will wait for a maximum of 90 minutes(a total of 2 hours from the flight arrival time).
        If the waiting time exceeds this limit, an overtime charge of JPY 2,750 per 30 minutes will apply.
        (Any waiting time less than 30 minutes will be rounded up and charged as a full 30-minute block, equivalent to JPY 5,500 per hour.)
      • Nighttime Surcharges:
        A 20% nighttime surcharge         applies if your transfer time falls between 10:00 PM and 3:00 AM.
        A 50% nighttime surcharge applies if your transfer time falls between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
      • Transfer Options:
        Please select either your flight's estimated arrival time or the time you plan to leave for the airport.
