• Ferris wheel admission is not included.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time. No refunds will be issued for latecomers or no-shows.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, the trip will be canceled. In such cases, we will notify you 5 to 7 days prior to the travel date and provide a full refund.
• We’ll send an email with the tour guide and itinerary details 1-2 days before departure. If you receive multiple emails, refer to the latest one.
• Transportation, sightseeing, and duration may vary depending on daily conditions. The guide may adjust or remove attractions with your consent in case of special circumstances (e.g., traffic or weather).
• By law in Japan, vehicle usage cannot exceed 10 hours. The guide will adjust the itinerary accordingly.
• During the group tour, early withdrawal or mid-tour withdrawal is not allowed. If a participant withdraws midway, a departure certificate must be signed, and any unfinished portion will be considered forfeited without any refund.
• Since this tour serves travelers from multiple countries, the guide will use either Chinese or English, depending on the majority language of the participants.
