⏳ Cancellation and Change Procedures
Cancellation fees will be charged according to the following percentages of the tour price:
・ 21 days or more before departure: Free.
・ 20 to 8 days before departure: 20% of the tour price.
・ 7 to 2 days before departure: 30% of the tour price.
・ 1 day before departure: 40% of the tour price.
・ On departure day (before departure): 50% of the tour price.
・ After departure or no-show: 100% of the tour price.
※ Cancellation fees are calculated based on the original price, regardless of online discounts used.
※ Changing departure dates or the number of participants may also incur cancellation fees and price differences.

👥 Regarding Participants
・ Children under 15 years old generally require guardian accompaniment.
・ Unaccompanied participants aged 15 to under 18 must submit a guardian consent form.
・ If you have special needs (e.g., wheelchair use, food allergies, pregnancy), please inform us at the time of booking for arrangements.

✈️ Flight and Seating Arrangements
